Monday - Friday is considered business days excluding all holidays that land on the days listed.
What if my package shows delivered but I do not have it?
Please contact the shipping provider with the tracking number to locate it. We are not responsible for any packages once they are shipped. However, please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
Does S Dot Trends ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

I received the incorrect item. What should I do?

Where can I shop in person?
Unfortunately, S Dot Trends currently does not have any retail locations. However, we do provide temporary "Pop-Up" shops in the Maryland area.
